Tournament Format
This is a head to head, single elimination, road racing tournament. Each race will consist of 2 racers, except in the case of an odd number of racers in a round. In this case, there will be a race with 3 racers. Each race will be 3 laps, the main race will be 5 laps. Matchups for each round will be drawn at random. Matching numbers race each other. The numbers will also determine the order of the races. (the two ones, are the first race, the two twos are second , and so on.) In addition to the numbers drawn, there will be an A or B associated with the number. A, will give the driver inside lane, B will give the driver outside lane. The racer who draws the bye chip will automatically get inside lane. All races will start from a standing start. The winner of each round will advance to the next, and the looser is eliminated. This continues until there is one winner.
